As far as summer plans go, nothing too great and glorious has happened thus far. Yet, July is on Friday! All of that will change here soon, and we're very excited!!
So far this summer it has been filled with weddings, Kevin working; he's selling Living Scriptures and going door to door around St. George, and me working still as a receptionist at ServiceMaster Clean. Whoopie... We have snuck in a few good date nights, the lake, swimming, and fun times with friends. But luckily our summer is about to get 10 times better! Starting this weekend...
This lovely 4th of July weekend we are heading up to Logan and Bear Lake to spend time with Kevin's family. We are both extremely excited since we haven't been up there in what feels like forever. I think it'll be good for Kevin to get his mind off of summer sales too. I'm not 100% sure exactly what goes on at Bear Lake for the 4th of July but I'm excited to find out! I know we're going to see the firework show on Friday at USU and probably most of the time will be spent relaxing, playing nerts, and maybe hopefully some time out on the lake. Even though it'll be a little chilly since it's filled with run off from the mountains. :)
Later in July we'll be going up to Hobble Creek for a birthday extravaganza reunion for my Grandpa. So all 73 of us on my mom's side will be in a cabin all nice and cozy. I think it should be fun sharing a room with my husband, parents, brothers, sisters in law and two nephews.
The rest of the summer will of course be filled with grown up stuff like work with maybe a lot of lake trips and being with each other and friends. Be on the look out for updates! Especially after this awesome weekend coming up!

3 Months Already!?
We've been married 3 months to the day as of yesterday and they have been filled with, school, work, football, weddings, trips to Salt Lake & Logan, our first week apart, a new calling, and growing together.
I've heard from a lot of people that once you get married you never see each other. They are completely right! As soon as we got back from the honeymoon Kevin was gone to Spring football around 6am, then we both had school, I'd go to work before he got home then he'd be gone to work before I got off. Now its, he leaves to go lift around 7 or at least sometimes, if not goes to work at 9:30 and then gone until about 9pm. Kinda funny how when you date someone you spend every second together then you get married and it changes. Well anyway...
For some reason, as much as I could write about our adventures since we've been married our calling that we have in our ward keeps popping up in my mind. Probably because we taught yesterday. Anyway, the first part of May we were called to be teachers for the Marriage and Family Relations class at our married ward. We've only been married a short time, the other couple we team teach with has been married over 2 years and about everyone in the class has been married about that long as well. Except one couple who got married a few hours after us and actually saw us at the temple. Anywho, as much time as Kevin and I wish we could spend together but don't have the time now except after 9pm where its cuddling on the couch and reading scriptures and talking til midnight. I really think this calling has helped us in many many ways. Oh hey, that's probably why we were called! Lightbulb! Teaching a class together has helped me to be more patient and understanding as Kevin procrastinates and I start preparing at least a week ahead. We've come to know each others strengths and weaknesses and what we do to compliment one another. Like I stress really easily and plan everything, while Kevin just goes with the flow. Honestly, that's one thing I love about him just because it helps keep me sane. We go to the temple every week and always help each other be better. So, as much as I dislike teaching, and how much I feel completely inadequate I love how it is helping the relationship we have grow stronger and to love each other more.
Needless to say, best 3 months so far! Anyway, a little different update, and probably a little lame, but I'm sure I'll get bored at work this week and maybe write about some other things we are actually up to in life. First of all...a Recap
K, so this is kinda tedious I'm sure but I'm going to do a recap of mine and Kevin's relationship up to this point.(In Lachelle's mind) Ready...and GO! :)
So back in September after an exec meeting Mike Langston asked if I knew a guy named Kevin Larson, was at a Class Rep meeting a few weeks ago...about 6'6" two hundred and something pounds on the football team...Ya I had never heard of him or seen him. So long story short we were going on a blind date which was a Thursday night on September 23rd. We had a double date with Mike and Luisa and played Phase 10 at Luisa's, then off to Applebee's for dinner. After dinner Mike had some homework that needed to be done before midnight so him and Luisa left us to do as we pleased... So we decided to head to Krave, then town square to talk for a while. I can't really remember what we talked about that night, just the normal getting-to-know-you questions but for some crazy reason I was pretty hooked on this kid and could see myself really liking him. The end of the night came and he asked for my number to maybe go out again. I went home and told my mom I had a ton of fun, even though Kevin was pretty shy and I probably talked his ear off but I could really see me liking him. I think from that point on my mom in the first time of my dating life she felt threatened. From that date on I was completely twitterpated and we spent about every single night together. So a week after our first date we had our first kiss, and another week later we decided to become exclusive where that same weekend I met his family since they came down for the Homecoming game at Dixie. So the next few months were filled with dates, me watching Kev play football, a surprise trip to Logan to see his family, and many lunch dates at the temple and somehow knowing that we wanted to spend the rest of eternity together. For me, there wasn't a specific moment in time where I knew I wanted to marry him, but somehow it all felt so right and I knew my life was on the right path. Luckily, Kevin felt the same way :)
December 23rd after Kevin got off work we had a date planned before he would go up to Logan for Christmas. It was after 10:30 so food places were limited so we just picked up some Arby's and headed to the temple where we would always have lunch together on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the semester. So we ate inside the car and exchanged presents then took a quick walk around the temple. When we got to the front gates we just talked for a bit and held each other..it was freezing and even Kevin was shivering (or shaking from nervousness) but before we headed back to the car Kevin said he had one more present for me. There he got down on one knee and said "Mary Lachelle Williams, will you marry me?" Of course I said yes!! It was a simple proposal, but that's us, we're pretty simple people and all I cared about was the man I wa going to sit across the alter from.
So from then on our time was filled with stress, well my time...wedding planning, school the works. Our wedding day was perfect, I wouldn't have been able to pull anything off if it weren't for my mom and sister in law Kim and everyone else! But seriously those two helped so much and only had about 3 hours of sleep the night before the wedding.
Kevin and I were extremely lucky to have my grandpa seal us in the St. George Temple, he just turned 90 p.s. and has sealed all of his grandchildren who were able to be married in the temple.
It was a beautiful ceremony filled with those closest to us...well those we could squeeze into the room. When I look back on our wedding day I want to relive it again and again. All the happiness and love and beautiful St. George sunshine. Ah it was perfect! Of course, there were a few things that went wrong or didn't go exactly as planned and maybe my mom was extremely stressed but what's a wedding day without all that right? Oh, and I should probably add there were 26 other weddings in the Temple that day...It was only a little busy in the Bride room. ;)
The whole next week was Spring Break and Kevin's grandparents were kind enough to let us stay at one of their time shares in Vegas for FREE! So we partied it up after being in Vegas for both my bachelorette party and his bachelor party. We walked the strip, went to the temple, dressed up all fancy for a nice dinner. It was so much fun and I just wish we didn't have to be back to real life so soon...I think that is enough recap for now! Thanks for reading! Or at least glancing ;)

To our history and new beginnings!
Well, I guess it's official! Kevin and I are jumping on the blog band wagon! Well I guess it will mostly be me, since I can't see him doing this. I will have to say I might ramble, this seems a lot easier then actually writing in a journal since people will actually be reading this now, instead of me imagining our posterity reading it 80 years from now. Everyone will just have to bare with me as I am trying to figure this whole thing out and probably the first few entries will be somewhat of a recap on the past 8 months or so. I'll make it a summary, but a good summary just in case you missed what was going on. :) I'm hoping that this will also be good for our families to know what's going on and also a lot of people from Kevin's mission. So here it goes, let the blogging/scrapbooking/keeping a journal begin!!
