Quick thoughts:
I need to find a hobby so if you have any ideas please give me some. I've tossed around the idea of getting certified to teach Pilates, Yoga, RIPPED, and Zumba. What do you think? Am I capable of such things?
I need something that people can ask me rather than "How are you liking Salt Lake?" because I'm tired of putting a smile on my face and doing it poorly to pretend that I like it here. I guess I don't hate it, but I don't love it...The few nice things are being close to my brother, his wife and their kids and up closer to Kevin's family as well. My job is going okay too. I mean they love me, but it's also lonely at times and sometimes boring. I'm learning a lot though and they're way good to me. But the move has been hard. Sure, everyone says there's so much to do in Salt Lake and maybe when Kevin isn't working 75 hours a week then I'll see what's out there. I'm not trying to be bitter, and I think I've done pretty well with the move considering everything, but just one time I want to get my feelings out. I've been told I just need to give the move some time. Which I am. But winter is going to be here before I know it and I'm pretty sure I'm going to get in a wreck. So stay tuned for that blog :) There is still so much more I could say, but I won't. I want to, but I'll stop.
I'm hoping that my new calling- Young Women's Personal Progress Adviser- will help me pass my time from 5:30-10pm. I'm so excited for this calling and can't wait to get to know the girls better. Kevin also has a new calling, he is going to be the Priest Quorum adviser for the Young Mens. If he gets a new job then we'll get to go to Mutual together! Woohoo!
Cool Story:
You probably saw on Facebook a few weeks ago my "Grocery" experience. Well, if you didn't here it is again. It's too good to me not to post or share.
I had gone grocery shopping and bought everything that we would need for a whole month! Yep, that's a lot of groceries from Costco and Wal-Mart and it was all under budget. (Go me!) Well, as I was driving home and thinking of getting all the groceries up 3 flights of stairs from a far away parking spot by myself I said a quick prayer to my Heavenly Father. Just pleading that someone from the complex would help me, or that Kevin would somehow be home. When I pulled up in the complex then 3 missionaries were getting out of a truck. It turned out that the only parking spot was a spot where they were standing. I wasn't going to ask for help, because honestly I could carry the groceries, and I don't normally ask for help. I started getting a few things from the car and the little greeny of the 3 asked if I needed any help. Something so simple and not even a big deal to these missionaries and I wanted to cry tears of joy. I was so grateful to my Heavenly Father that he put those missionaries in the complex at that time and that they did what they always do, help people. I'm so grateful for the tender mercies my Father shows me, especially during a time where I have been so down and needing the extra help. I know that He does hear and answer prayers. No matter how big or small they may be.
I'm done now-Sorry for all the posts and rambling!! But hope you didn't get too bored :)
P.S. If you have hobby ideas I would greatly appreciate them. Or a gym buddy would be nice too-that could be another rambling if I let it. Thanks for reading!

Family Togetherness
Last weekend we went to St. George because my brother and sister in law from AZ were going to be there, and my brother from up here decided to go down too. Us lovely siblings hadn't all been together since Thanksgiving I think. Anyway, we were invited to attend one of my best friends from high school temple sealing as well so it made for a busy weekend.
Saturday we went to Jacob and Sydney's sealing at the St. George Temple and it was absolutely beautiful! We felt so honored that they invited us to attend and I'm so glad they did so that we could share in their special day. Jacob has been such a great friend to me through the years and while struggling with SUCCESS Academy. (No pictures of the happy couple) I'm so glad that through the struggle of that horrid school he was able to meet Sydney who is now his beautiful wife! Yay for married friends and double dates! Congrats you two!!
After the sealing my family had already headed to the lake so we went to join them in the festivities. The lake is my happy place and I loved being able to spend the day with my family as well. Enjoy some pictures :
The rest of the day was BBQ with the fam, wedding reception, visited some of our good friends to give them their baby shower present. Sunday we went to my friends homecoming then drove home to stop in Highland to see one of Kevin's old mission companions that was visiting from New York. As you can tell, it was a busy but fun weekend. Sorry for those that we didn't see! We still love and miss you dearly!

Preston trying his hand at driving the boat.
Pure happiness for me right there.
Colby & Bentley
Lyman & Preston
How many claps can ya get?
Trying to teach Bentley how to swim-sort of.
Preston looked like he was falling asleep so we brought him back in the boat.
Bentley LOVED tubing and wanted to go faster and faster. He is definitely a Williams.
Missed this view.
As you can see, Preston was definitely tired :) How does a child at the lake look on me? J/K
My brothers trying to be back in their teens again on tube.
Even my mom joined me on the tube! It's been a few years since she has.
Kevin, of course trying to get me off the tube. I still love him though :)

Karaoke Night
Two of our friends Koy and Courtney are getting married so there was a little engagement party held in their honor. There is a bar on Main St. called Keys on Main that on the weekends you can request any song and there are two pianists that will play it and sing it for you. Someday we will go and experience that portion. We went on a weekday so it was just straight up Karaoke and the boys sang their hearts out!! Well done boys, well done! I didn't get a picture of the lovely couple but we love you guys and are so excited for you!
Park City! (Way too early in the AM)
I'm not sure if this really deserves a blog post but it gets one anyway! A couple Saturday's ago then Kevin was asked to help load a hot tub that was in Park City so we figured we kind of make a day of it and go on a hike then go to the Outlets. We had to wake up at 5:30AM to drive to Park City and had quite a bit of time to kill before 10 when the Outlets opened.
We drove around a ton trying to find the hikes from the website, couldn't find any. Then we went to the visitor area and tried to get directions but they only told us where the long day hikes were and I only packed enough supplies to last a few hours. So... We found this little pond to walk around instead :) It was quite pretty there and so so nice to see CLEAR blue skies. Ah, I miss seeing the sky.

It was our FIRST Saturday in 2 months where we had NOTHING to do! After getting no sleep the night before and at different times being so tired we wanted to kill each other (because lack of sleep) at Park City. After shopping we drove home then we relaxed by the pool at our apartment and had a nice nap. Best weekend yet!
Preston's 2!!
Okay, he turned 2 about 3 weeks ago but I thought I'd share the fun we had with his Thomas themed birthday party :)
This kid is OBSESSED with Thomas the Train just like his older brother was when he was that age. So he ALL of his toys were Thomas Trains, movies, tracks etc. :)
After lunch, opening presents and cake and ice cream we headed to the Zoo-Because it also has a train :)
I felt so bad for this Polar Bear, you could tell he was just bored out of his MIND!! He would push of the glass like you see there then swim backwards, swim underwater and do it again.
I just love my mom and Preston's face in this picture. It was kinda warm for SLC and you could tell the boy was a little tired haha.
Bentley hanging out with Uncle Kev trying to be as tall as the Giraffe's.
Train time!!
I quite love my family and have LOVED being up here close to my nephews, cause if you can't tell they're pretty stinkin' handsome :) Thanks for letting us celebrate with ya Glub Glub!!
