His & Her Birthdays!

I have to say something about our birthdays! Even though it does mean we're getting older, noticing wrinkles and someone is closer to the age of 30 then they are 20. Yikes!! Sorry sweets!

My birthday was in November and was a pretty normal work day. Isn't it sad how birthdays become less of an excitement as you get older? Well the day before then Kevin's little brother was in a Mtn. bike accident down and Dixie State, life flighted to Vegas and found out he broke part of his back. Long story short, this kid is a walking miracle! He was out of the hospital within two days afterwards. So if you see a kid wearing a back brace down in St. George say hi to Rusty for us :) Anyway, I had to tell that story so you would understand why my father forgot my birthday. My dad texted me, that's right texted! I didn't even know he knew how to text! He was asking how Rusty's doing since I had called them the night before to tell them about it. I give him a call and ask why he's texting me and forgetting my birthday! Oh well, it's more funny then anything.
Back to my birthday: I opened up my present from Kevin in the morning, which was some awesome socks and nice gloves to keep me warm. I went to work. We went out for sushi, which is pretty much a tradition for my birthday I have decided since I love sushi! We went to Happy Sumo which is pretty close to us and I wasn't in the mood to go downtown. It was delicious and now I'm wanting a Vegas roll. Kevin also gave me some money for a shopping spree at my favorite store: Gordmans! It's like JCP, Ross, and TJMaxx combined but SUPER organized which I LOVE!! Everything is about 65% too. It was a wonderful birthday filled with cute clothes and a happy sushi filled tummy :)

Kevin's birthday was in December and it was on a Saturday which meant that for once he didn't have school or a final! He was awesome and helped the Elder's Quorum gather clothes for a homeless shelter type of place. Once he got home then I made his favorite Breakfast Casserole and thankfully did it justice! His dad always makes it and I was afraid I'd mess it up. After breakfast we drove up to meet a guy that had Kevin's birthday present: An Elite Orange Peyton Manning Jersey. I found it on KSL for $60 and HAD to get it for him! He then worked out with P-Mo while I got a few groceries. Then we headed to the Jazz vs. Spurs game since my boss gave us tickets. We were pretty special and got the yummy dinner first and 2nd row. Can a birthday boy be any more spoiled!? After the game we met up with some friends to see the Temple Lights, then headed back to our house for brownies and ice cream. It wasn't the birthday I had planned (Bear Lake and skiing with friends) but I'd say he still had a good one :) Here's to many more birthdays, wrinkles, grey hair and so much more!

Williams Family Pictures 2013

While we were all in town then the lovely and talented Jostlyn with Roz Photography took our family pics. Here are a few of my favorites!! Thank you Jostlyn!! We all love them!

I have THEE cutest nephews ever!!

I kind of love the fact that my family isn't cookie cutter and we look nothing alike. Except you can tell you that we're family and we're laughing hysterically at who knows what :)

 Cutest babies right!?!

Best News EVER!!!!

A few weeks ago Kevin was applying and looking for a new job...Well he got one...at......

DELTA AIRLINES!!!!

We are beyond excited for the new adventures that await us called "Free Flights!!" Beside that benefit it really is a huge blessing for us that he was able to get this job. It's full time and for right now Kevin is going to see how things go and if he likes it then he wants to try and stay with the company and move up within. My company also wants to train me in some areas so I can handle more of one main task instead of 100 hundred billion every day. Also, would have the opportunity to work only part time once we start a family. That would be heaven I tell you! But seriously, I can't express the blessing this is and how everything is working out for us right now. It definitely has everything to do with Heavenly Father and I know we're in the right place at the right time doing exactly what we need to be doing. With the exception of improving every day of course.

Besides that huge news then nothing too exciting is going on in our lives. I'm sure you saw on Facebook a few months ago that Kevin bought a motorcycle! We are so excited for it to be warm again so we can take some road trips. Yellowstone anyone? A lot of people think it was stupid to buy the back at the end of September/October but it was a few thousand dollars cheaper so it's actually the smarter choice if you're ever looking to buy. Trust us, Kevin had been looking online almost every night since we've been married.

Kevin will hopefully be graduating this DECEMBER!! I can't believe there is actually light at the end of the tunnel! I'm so excited and so proud of him! Sadly, with a new full time job this semester he has 1 7:30am class, and 3 night classes. This means I'll be spending my evenings cleaning, laundry, a few hours at the gym and probably watching some Netflix on our NEW 50" Smart TV. Merry Christmas to us!

I feel like blogs are becoming a little obsolete.. at least for me, not sure how long I'll keep this thing going. If people care to see what we're up to then they just call or text us Which for me is only my family, love you fam!

If I do keep the blog going then expect to see LOTS of wonderful travel logs and pictures to fun places or us just grabbing a bite to eat in Chicago.
